Ingredients
- 1 Whole Pasion Fruit
- 50 ml Petit Beret Natural Botanica
- 20 ml Petit Beret Lemon Yellow
- 20 ml Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
Top up Petit Beret Blanc De Blancs
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with all ingredients except Blanc de Blancs, add a lot of ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Double strain into a Champagne flute/glass
- Top up with Blanc de Blancs
- Garnish with Half Passion Fruit with sugar added and caramelize it with a blow torch
- Lastly, dust of grounf cinnamon for that extra flare and flavor

Ingredients
- 50 ml Petit Beret Natural Botanic
- 37.5 ml Petit Beret Lemon Yellow
- 90 - 100 ml Petit Beret Blanc De Blancs
- 6 - 8 Basil Leaves
- 10 ml Simple Syrup
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with lemon juice, syrup and basil leaves and Muddle well
- Add Petit Beret Lemon yellow and Natural Botanic with ice shake for 10 secs
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Top up Petit Beret Blanc De Blancs
- Garnish with sprig mint and lemon peel

- 10 ml Rosemary Syrup
- 25 ml Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with first three ingredients
- Shake for 10 secs
- Strain into a glass filled with pebble ice and top up with ginger beer
Optional: Feel free to smoke the glass with sprig of rosemary and garish with a lime wheel and/or a sprig of rosemary.

- 15 ml Egg White or Aquafaba
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with all ingredients and dry shake for 10 secs
- Add ice and re-shake for 10 secs

- 60 ml Petit Beret Natural Botanic
- 22.5 ml Lemon Juice
- 22.5 ml Elderflower Syrup
- 1-2 Physalis (Gooseberry)
Instructions
- Add physalis and elder flower syrup to a shaker and muddle well
- Add ice and rest of the ingredients and shake for 10 secs
- Double strain in a lowball glass with ice
- Garnish with one physalis

Ingredients
- 30 ml Petit Beret Natural Botanic
- 90 ml Petit Beret Blanc De Blancs
- 45 ml Cranberry juice
- 15 ml cinnamon Syrup
- 15 ml Lemon Juice

- Fill a shaker with all ingredients except Blanc De Blancs with ice for 10-15 secs
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Top up Blanc De Blancs and garnish with some sugar coated cranberries

- 30 ml Petit Beret Mazanita
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 10 ml Simple Syrup

Instructions
- FIll a shaker with all the ingredients with ice
- Strain into a chilled coupe

Ingredients
- 50 ml Petit Beret Natural Botanic
- 40 ml Petit Beret Lemon Yellow
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 4-6 Basil Leaves
- 10 ml Sugar Syrup
- Top up Petit Beret Blanc de Blancs
Instructions
- Add basil leaves and lemon wedges (peel side down) in a cocktail shaker and gently muddle to squeeze out the lemon
- Add sugar syrup, petit beret Natural Botanic, Lemon Yellow and some pebble ice and whip shake for 5 secs
- Dump into a chilled highball
- Top up with sparkling Blanc De Blancs and garnish with sprig of lemon skin

Ingredients
- 60 ml Petit Beret Natural Botanica
- 20 ml Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Honey Syrup
- 1 Egg White
30 ml Fresh Cream
2 Drops of Orange Blossom Water

Instructions
- Fill a shaker with all ingredients except Blanc de Blancs, dry shake for 60 secs
- Add a cube of ice and re-shake for another 60 secs
- Strain into a chilled highball and let it settle for 30 secs
- Gently pour Petit Beret Blanc De Blancs to crown your creation with effervescent brilliance.
