NEW YORK SOUR
Ingredients
- 50 ml Petit Beret Malt Blend
- 25 ml Lemon Juice
- 15l Simple Juice
- 15 ml Aquafaba or Egg White
- 15 ml Petit Beret Syrah Grenache
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with all ingredients except Petit Berert Syrah Grenache and dry shake for 10 secs
- Add ice and re-shake for 10 secs
- Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
- Careful pour in Syrah Grenache over the cocktail to create a float

Petit Penecillin
Ingredients
- 50 ml Petit Beret Malt Blend
- 20 ml Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Honey Ginger Syrup
- Cocktail snooker
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with Malt Blend, lemon juice and honey ginger syrup and shake for 10 secs
- Double strain into a chilled rocks glass with ice
- Smoke the cocktail with a cocktail smoker
- Garnish with a lemon peel and amarena cherry

Petit Zignal
Ingredients
- 50 ml Petit Beret Malt Blend
- 25 ml Lemon
- 37 ml Apple Juice
- 20 ml Egg White
- 1 Barspoon of Blueberry Marmelade
- Gingerbread Syrup (Optional)
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with all ingredients and dry shake for 10 secs
- Add ice and re-shake for another 10 secs
- Strain into a chilled glass and let it settle for 30 secs
- Optionally, garnish with a sliced apple to enhance the drinks aromatic qualities.
