Ingredients
- 50 ml Petit Beret Caribbean Woody
- 20 ml Petit Beret Orange Spritz
- 20 ml Lime Juice
- 50 ml Pineapple Juice
- 1 Fresh Passion Fruit
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with all ingredients and ice shake for 10 secs
- Dump into a chilled highball and add more ice cubes
- Garnish with another half Fresh passion fruit

Ingredients
- 60 ml Petit Beret Orange Spritz
- 90 ml Petit Beret Blanc De Blancs
- 30 ml Tonic Water
Instructions
- Fill Blanc de Blancs with ice cubes into a wine glass
- Top up petit beret Orange Spritz and tonic water
- Give it a stir

Ingredients
- 60 ml Petit Beret Orange Spritz
- 45 ml Petit Beret Blanc De Blancs
- 25 ml Grenadine (or Strawberry + Raspberry Syrup)
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with all ingredients except Blanc de Blancs with ice for 10 secs
- fill petit beret blanc de blancs and all ingredients with ice cubes into chilled glass

- 740 ml Petit beret Pinot Noir
- 30 ml White sugar
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 3 Star Anise
- A pinch Of Nutmeg

- Fill a pot with all ingredients 15 mins
- Strain into a mug

- 15 ml Orgeat Syrup
- 15 ml Lime Juice

- Strain into a glass
- Add crushed or cracked ice
- Garnish with half lime and sprig of mint leaves
