Ordering procedure

Means of payment
The CLIENT can pay his PRODUCTS online on the SITE according to the means offered by the SELLER.
The CUSTOMER warrants to the SELLER that he holds all the authorizations required to use the chosen means of payment.
Payment date
In the case of a single payment by credit card, the account of the CLIENT will be debited upon the order of PRODUCTS passed on the SITE.
In the case of a partial DELIVERY, the total amount will be debited from the account of the CUSTOMER at the earliest when the first package will be shipped. Delay or denial of payment
If the bank refuses to charge a card or other means of payment, the CLIENT must contact the Customer Service of the SELLER in order to pay the order by any other valid means of payment.

Proof and Archiving

Delivery policy
Free delivery applies to locations where delivery vehicles can access buildings via elevator facilities or to ground floor locations with a maximum of 20 stairs, situated on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. For deliveries to remote islands, remote or restricted areas, compliance with Le Petit Beret Asia’s decisions is required, and additional shipping fees will be charged.
Additional delivery fees and separate quotes will apply to delivery locations on Lantau Island (excluding Tung Chung town), Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, and Ma Wan, as determined by the transportation agency’s prevailing rates.
Products can only be delivered within the mentioned regions and cannot be ordered for delivery addresses outside of this area.
Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process.
Delivery Times
The cutoff date for preparing orders and generating invoices before shipping inventory products is mentioned on the website. Weekends or public holidays are excluded from these periods.
An email will be automatically sent to the customer when the product is shipped, provided the email address in the registration form is correct.
Shipping Terms
Parcels will be handed over to customers for signature and identification.
If absent, customers will be notified so they can collect the parcel at the post office / SF Express station.
Delivery Issues
Prior to confirming the order, during the online ordering process conclusion, customers are informed of the delivery date determined upon selecting the carrier.
Stipulated deliveries will be completed within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If not achieved, the customer must inform the seller of the delivery within a reasonable time, and if not delivered within this period, they can terminate the contract.

The seller is responsible until the product is delivered to the customer. Customers have three (3) days to notify the carrier of any observed partial damage or loss at the time of delivery.
In general, products can be scheduled for delivery within seven working days from the confirmed order date.
Delivery times are generally from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding Sundays and statutory holidays. Specific locations may arrange evening deliveries until 9:00 PM. Customers are requested to be available to receive the delivery within the designated time frame. Failure to receive or unjustified refusal of the goods may result in additional charges.
The company will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time to the specified location, but customers understand that actual delivery may be affected by traffic and weather conditions. The company cannot guarantee the mentioned delivery periods or times and is not responsible for any losses caused by delivery delays.
In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, delivery services will be suspended. Orders delayed due to this will be rescheduled for the next delivery period or arranged for another day, depending on delivery resources and availability.
Customers agree that all goods remain the property of the company until full payment is received. However, during the period when the customer has possession of the goods, they assume the risk of any goods loss or damage from the time the goods are delivered. The company is not responsible for any losses arising from the customer’s request to place goods outside the door or in an unattended location.
REFUND AND RETURNS
Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange for you. Goods that have left the premises cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods on the day of receipt. If issues are found, they should notify the company’s customer service center for arrangement on the same day or the next working day; otherwise, the goods will be deemed accepted by the customer after 14 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
