Shipping And Returns

During the order process, the seller informs the customer of the possible delays and shipping formulas for the products purchased.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery method. The amount of these costs will be due by the client in addition to the price of the products purchased.

Free delivery is applicable to locations accessible by delivery vehicles to building with lift facility or its first floor up to 20 staircases in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Delivery to outlying islands, remote or restricted areas is subject to Le Petit Beret Asia’s decision and the following delivery charge will be applied.

For delivery locations in Lantau (excluding Tung Chung town), Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, and Ma Wan, an additional delivery charge will be applied and separately quoted, subject to the current market rate charged by transportation agent.

The products offered can only be delivered on the territory mentioned upward,

It is impossible to place an order for any delivery address located outside this territory.

The products will be sent to the delivery address (es) that the client will have indicated during the ordering process.


The deadlines for preparing an order and then establishing the invoice before the shipment of the products in stock are mentioned on the site. These periods are excluded on weekends or public holidays.

An e-mail will automatically be sent to the customer at the time of shipment of the products, provided that the e-mail address in the registration form is correct.


The parcel will be handed to the customer for signature and on presentation of an ID.

In case of absence, a notice of passage will be left to the customer, in order to allow him to pick up his parcel in his post office or SF station.


The customer is informed of the delivery date fixed at the time he chooses the carrier, at the end of the online ordering process, before confirming the order.

It is specified that deliveries will be made within thirty (30) days maximum. Failing this, the customer must give notice to the seller to deliver within a reasonable time and in case of non-delivery within this period, he may terminate the contract.

The seller will refund, without undue delay from receipt of the cancellation letter, the customer the total amount paid for the products, taxes and delivery charges included, using the same payment method used by the client to purchase products.

The seller is responsible until the product is delivered to the client. It is recalled that the customer has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of the partial damage or losses observed at the time of delivery.

Under normal circumstances, products can be arranged delivery on the company schedule within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Normal delivery hours are within 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday, except on Sundays and statutory holidays. Evening delivery can be arranged for respective routes till 9:00 p.m. In the event of nobody in or rejection without reason, Le Petit Beret Asia reserves the right to levy a surcharge to Customer.

Customer shall understand that actual delivery may be affected by traffic and weather conditions. Le Petit Beret Asia aims to deliver as scheduled to designated point to the best of our ability but not guarantee any date or time of delivery as mentioned and is not liable for any loss arising from the delay of delivery.

Delivery service will be suspended in times of black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No.8 or above is in effect and outstanding orders will be arranged in next schedule or on the other day whichever is earlier, subject to the availability of delivery resource.

Customer accepts that the title to the products shall remain Le Petit Beret Asia until full payment of the products is settled while the risk of any loss or damage to the products shall be with Customer from the arrival of the products. Le Petit Beret Asia has no responsibility for the products left outside or unattended at delivery point per Customer’s request.


The CUSTOMER Shall Bear The Direct Costs Of Returning The Goods.

A Condition Of The Property Returned

The Product Must Be Returned According To The Instructions Of The Seller And Include In Particular All Accessories Delivered.

The Customer Is Liable Only For The Depreciation Of The Goods Resulting From Manipulations Other Than Those Necessary To Establish The Nature, The Characteristics And The Good Functioning Of This Product. In Other Words, The Customer Has The Possibility To Test The Product, But Its Responsibility Can Be Engaged If It Carries Out Manipulations Other Than Those That Are Necessary.

Exclusions From The Right Of Withdrawal

The Right Of Withdrawal Is Excluded In The Following Cases:

  •     Supply Of Goods Or Services Whose Price Depends On Fluctuations In The Financial Market
  •     Supply Of Goods Made According To Client Specifications Or Clearly Personalized
  •     Provision Of Goods Likely To Deteriorate Or To Perish Rapidly
  •     Provision Of Audio Or Video Recordings Or Sealed Software That Have Been Unsealed After Delivery
  •     Journal, Periodical, Magazine (Except Subscription Contract)
  •     Provision Of Accommodation Services Other Than For Residential Purposes, Transportation Of Goods, Rental Of Cars, Restaurants Or Recreational Services If The Offer Provides For A Specific Date Or Period Of Performance
  •     Provision Of Goods Which By Their Nature Are Indissociably Mixed With Other Articles
  •     Supplies Of Sealed Goods Which Can Not Be Returned For Reasons Of Health Or Hygiene And Which Have Been Unsealed By The Client After The Delivery
  •     The Supply Of Alcoholic Beverages, The Price Of Which Has Been Agreed At The Time Of Conclusion Of The Contract Of Sale, The Delivery Of Which Can Only Be Affected After 30 Days And The Actual Value Of Which Depends On Fluctuations In The Market Beyond The Control Of The Seller
  •     Provision Of Non-Dematerialized Digital Content If Execution Has Begun With The Prior Express Consent Of The Consumer, Who Has Also Acknowledged That He Will Thereby Lose His Right Of Withdrawal
  •     Contracts Concluded At A Public Auction


The Client Shall, Without Delay And In Any Event Not Later Than Seven (7) Days After Notification Of His Decision To Withdraw From This Contract, Return The Property To Flat/RM 404, BLK 02, 04/F, Tak Fund Industrial Center, No. 168 Texaco Road, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong

This Period Shall Be Deemed To Have Been Complied With If The Client Returns The Property Before The Expiry Of The Fourteen Day Period.

All sold items are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for inspection of products on arrival and shall by next working day notify Le Petit Beret Asia customer service centre in office hours for any problem found. If such notice is not given within seven days, Customer shall be bound to accept the products.

Return of goods in good condition the deposit will be refunded to Customer without interest after deduction of outstanding amount (if any). Where amount exceeding HK$100 it will be paid by crossed cheque. In case of bottle damage, Customer will not get any refund.
